When you receive an order, please try it on OVER panties or under-garments with no cream or perfume in your body. We are unable to accept worn items for hygienicreasons
Exchanges:

You can easily and quickly exchange our products. Here are the dierent types of exchanges:

Exchanges for products worth the same amount : There will be no additional charge or refund.

Exchanges for products with a lesser amount : The dierence will be credited back to the card used for the original transaction or to your Paypal account. Please allow 5 business days for this amount to reflect in your account.

Exchanges for products with a greater amount : The dierence will be charged to the card used for the original transaction. If the original transaction was processed through Paypal, you will have to return the item and then you will need to submit a new order for the new item(s).
